Welcome to the Angel of the Sea, Victorian Cape May, New Jersey's most elegant Bed & Breakfast. Located one-half block from the beach in the quiet East end of town, the Angel offers the discriminating traveler a chance to experience the charm of a bygone era while enjoying an array of modern amenities.

Each of the 27 guestrooms at the Angel of the Sea Bed and Breakfast is uniquely furnished in Victorian style and each room has its own private bath. About a quarter of our rooms have ocean views, but all guests have access to common porches and balconies that wrap around the front of our twin houses. Every room at the Angel has cable television and wireless internet access is offered to all of our guests. Books and magazines are available in our common areas, as well as a selection of board games.

Our professional and friendly staff is ready to assist you in any way they can, whether it's making dinner reservations at one of the wonderful area restaurants or mapping out a bicycle excursion of town. We can tell you where to pick up a bottle of wine and where to buy tickets for a whale watch or trolley tour.

Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days, 1 night will be charged to your credit card if the reservation is not re-rented in full. If you cancel within 3 days, the entire stay will be charged to your card, if we do not re-rent your reservation in full. Early departures are treated like cancellations and are non-refundable. The $35 advance deposit is non-refundable, even if your room is cancelled prior to 2 weeks, but it may be applied towards any future reservation made within the following year. The management is not responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather.
Children: Children ages 9+
We require children to be 9 years or older to stay with us at the Angel.
Deposit Policy:
A $35 non-refundable credit card deposit is required when making a reservation. In lieu of a credit card, a deposit of 50% (or 1 night, whichever is greater) by check or money order will guarantee the reservation. The balance is due at check-in time, between 2 and 11 pm.
