Welcome to the Victoria Guest House Bed and Breakfast in Beach Haven, NJ, situated between ocean and bay on beautiful Long Beach Island.
Enjoy our comfortable, spacious guest rooms, attractively decorated, all with cheerful exposure and comfortable appointments. We have two completely restored Victorian homes built in the late 1800's, charming wrap around porches tastefully decorated in coolness of white wicker, complimentary hearty buffet breakfast with one hot item, heated pool, beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, beach badges (deposit), bottled water, coffee/tea, newspapers on the porch, wireless connectivity, bicycles, beach just down the block, theatre and museum across the park, and restaurants in walking distance. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Because of the limited availability of rooms, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. In the event that you must cancel, change dates, shorten your stay or make any change to your confirmed reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 15% of the deposit as a booking charge, if 14 days notice is provided. If cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival the deposit (less the 15% of the deposit as a booking charge) will be refunded only if the room is re-rented for the entire length of your intended stay. |

Deposits may be paid by cash or check (Master Card, Visa or Discover only when the stay is within a week). 50% deposit by check is required to hold a reservation. Deposit must be received within 7 days to hold your reservation till you arrive. |
