A 25% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your reservation. This is non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation occurs the 25% deposit will be considered the cancellation fee. The reservations do become permanent with the 14 days prior to arrival, and payment in full may be required at that time to reserve your room. We hope you understand due to the high volume of calls and bookings we are not able to vary from these policies.
