The Inn at Valley Farms is located in Walpole, New Hampshire, said to be one of the most picturesque towns in all of New England complete with rows of white historic homes and churches, its own challenging 9-hole golf course, and Sunday concerts on the common. The inn is nestled amongst some of the greenest rolling hills of the Connecticut River Valley, bordered by a 500-acre orchard, and just minutes to Keene, Brattleboro or Interstate 91.

Experience the beauty of New England in an elegantly restored 1774 Colonial home and cottages situated on 105 acres of organic farmland. Working fireplaces, a raised hearth, original flooring, and antique hardware all reflect the craftsmanship, charm and elegance of the past while air conditioning, private baths, gourmet breakfast, award-winning handmade chocolates, and our attention to detail give our guests the comforts they deserve.

The Inn at Valley Farms is a special place in an ideal location to plan your next family vacation or romantic getaway.

Breakfast is a multi-course gourmet candlelight affair, which always includes fruit, breads, and entrees made with fresh eggs and organic produce raised right here at the farm. The inn's breakfast menu always centers around what's fresh and local so it changes regularly with the amazing bounty that's on or around our farm. Some of our guests' favorites include strawberry/rhubarb compote with fresh orange and local cream, baked apples with homemade granola and fresh chocolate mint, crème Brule French toast, chocolate amaretto pound cake, decadent popovers with homemade jams, and Swiss chard and leek frittata to name a few. Our cottages have full kitchens. In addition to the basic breakfast items you'll find stocked in the kitchen when you arrive (including milk, orange juice, coffee, teas, cereal, oatmeal), a basket of freshly home-baked goods will be brought to your doorstep each morning during your stay. Cottage guests are invited to gather fresh eggs from the hen house, pick fresh garlic chives, basil, green zebra heirloom tomatoes, Swiss chard or any other produce in season from our extensive organic gardens for an extra special meal.

HIGHLY recommended for fresh, home-baked food lovers, peace and quiet lovers, nature lovers, country-vibe lovers, and those who appreciate the attributes of a beautiful B&B set amidst graceful, rolling hills of New Hampshire. Don't leave it to till the fall-make a point of getting away from it all here. There's lots to do in nearby Walpole, Keene, Bellows Falls or Putney, or just hang around the working farm (chickens, goats, cows, gardens, etc.) and watch the grass grow while resting your eyes under lovely old shade trees. We've been many times already and will go again. Various room styles to choose from, so be sure to investigate their website fully.

As a world traveller, it's wonderful to discover a "perfect home"away from the city, in nearby Walpole, my favorite New England town. The inn's antique-filled rooms are genuine, both comfortable and charming as is the farm (pastured chickens & cows), and the great breakfasts of homemade bread & jams, golden-yoked eggs, and sumptuous setting. Best of all is the warmth & earnestness of its host, Jackie.

This Inn is a beautiful, quiet and well cared for property. The rooms are clean, spacious and there is plenty of privacy. Jackie is a fantastic hostess whose organic cooking is out-of-this-world good! The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. Look no further for an inn in this area- the Inn at Valley Farms is wonderful. We look forward to returning!!
