The Lake House at Ferry Point, located in the small, unspoiled town of Sanbornton, in the heart of the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, is the perfect choice to spend a few day to relax and recharge. The Inn, conveniently located just off Route 3 between Laconia and Tilton, is one of the only lakefront B&Bs in New Hampshire.
Peacefully set on the western shore of Lake Winnisquam, the Inn boasts panoramic lake views complete with mountains in the distance, just minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Canterbury Shaker Village, the year-round fun at the famous Gunstock Mountain Ski Area, and so much more.
The Inn, built as a "summer retreat" for the Pillsbury family in the early 1800s, still maintains its historic vacation home ambiance with its many fireplaces, original wood floors and 60' front porch from a by-gone era.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We can accommodate later arrivals with prior notice.

Cancellation Policy: |
In the event that you must cancel, if 14 or more days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per cancelled room.
If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.

Deposit Policy: |
A 50% deposit is required within seven days to confirm all reservations for multiple day stays. A 100% deposit is required on a single night stay. Personal checks are acceptable forms of deposit. The deposit applies to the full amount of your stay. The balance, including New Hampshire sales tax, is due on arrival. We do not accept credit cards, but do accept personal checks, travelers checks, and cash.
