Check In Policy:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We can accommodate later arrivals with prior notice.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel, if 14 or more days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per cancelled room. If less than 14 days notice is given prior to the scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeited. In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.

Deposit Policy:
A 50% deposit is required within seven days to confirm all reservations for multiple day stays. A 100% deposit is required on a single night stay. Personal checks are acceptable forms of deposit. The deposit applies to the full amount of your stay. The balance, including New Hampshire sales tax, is due on arrival. We do not accept credit cards, but do accept personal checks, travelers checks, and cash.
