Dining Room
We serve a full country breakfast every morning with choice between 5 entrees, from delicious French toasts to omelets filled with cheese, ham, peppers and onions. This is also where you will find our homemade hors d'oeuvres and refreshments between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.

Living Room
Relax by the wood fireplace, read a good book or play on the Baby Grand piano or one of our guitar, in our living room, the "Bybrook room".

Outdoor Hot Tub
Our hot tub is open year round! Enjoy it after a day of skiing at Cranmore Mountain or Attitash.

We stocked our pond with Brook trout. You can fish (and release) them without permit!

Room 1
This room is in the Main Lodge, on the second floor. It is perfect for couples. With a queen size bed, natural maple wood flooring, TV/DVD, in-room sink, private shower bath, hair dryer, alarm clock, ceiling fan, in-room phone, A/C and wireless internet access. You have a nice view on our pond and barn. This room has a maximum occupancy of 2.

Babe Ruth's Room - Room 2
Babe Ruth would recognize his favorite room ; it's just as it was when he visited his daughter and son-in-law in the 1940s when they owned the inn. This large room with natural maple flooring, offers a king size bed, an in-room sink, a private shower bath, hair dryer, cable TV/DVD, alarm clock, ceiling fan, A/C, in-room phone, WIFI and is full of memorabilia of the Babe. Maximum occupancy : 2.

Room 3
Room 3 is on the second floor of the Main Lodge. It offers a queen size bed, natural maple flooring, in-room sink, private shower bath, hair dryer, in-room phone, alarm clock, ceiling fan, A/C and WIFI. Maximum occupancy: 2.

Room 4
Room 4 is on the second floor of the Main building. With natural maple flooring, a double bed, private large bathroom with a combo shower/tub, hair dryer, alarm clock, ceiling fan, A/C, WIFI, in-room phone, it can welcome a small cot or a playpen for a small child. This room can accommodate up to 2 adults.

Room 5 - The bunkroom
This room offers 2 sets of bunkbed (sleeps up to 4 persons), hostel style, with cable TV, A/C, ceiling fan and private shower bath across the hallway. Rent a bed by the night and bring your own sleeping bag and towels. Each bed is rented year round $30 + tax without breakfast or $38 + tax with breakfast.

Room 6
Room 6 is on the second floor of the Main Lodge and offers 2 double beds, natural maple flooring, in-room phone, ceiling fan, air conditioning, alarm clock, private shower bath with hair dryer, wireless internet access, and nice views of our backyard. This is our only room without TV. This room has a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.

Room 7
This room is on the second floor of the main building. It offers a King size bed, natural maple floor, cable TV, alarm clock, WIFI, in-room phone, private shower bath, hair dryer, ceiling fan, A/C, and a beautiful view of our pool and backyard. Maximum occupancy: 2.

Room 8
Room 8, with natural maple floor, is on the second floor of the Main building and is ideal for a family of 4, with a king size bed and a bunkbed set. It is a large room with a private shower bath, hair dryer, cable TV, ceiling fan, A/C, alarm clock, and WIFI. Maximum occupancy: 5.

Room 9
Room 9 is on the third floor of the Main Lodge. It can accommodate up to 4 persons, with a queen bed and two twin beds, in-room phone, ceiling fan, air conditioning, alarm clock, cable TV, private shower bath with hair dryer, wireless internet access, and a very nice view of your backyard. Maximum occupancy: 4.

Room 10
This room is on the third floor of the Main building. It offers a double bed and a twin bed, in-room phone, WIFI, alarm clock, cable TV, private shower bath across the hallway. This room has no AC but ceiling fan only. Maximum occupany: 3.

Room 11
This room is on the third floor of the main building. It has a queen size bed, cable TV, desk, alarm clock, WIFI, ceiling fan, A/C, in-room phone, private shower bath with hair dryer and is away from the other rooms. There is space for a small cot or play pen. Maximum occupancy: 3.

Suite 12
This is a two bedroom suite in the Main Lodge. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin sleeper sofa. There is enough space to add up to 3 rollaways. The second bedroom has a double bed and space for a rollaway. The living room offers a double sleeper sofa, cable TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is a large private bathroom with a combo shower/bath and a double sink vanity. This suite is air conditioned and WIFI. It can sleeps up to 9-10 people.

Suite 17
This is our romantic one bedroom suite. With a private entrance from our front porch into a small living room, it offers cable TV, air conditionning, ceiling fans, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a queen size bed and in-room whirlpool that can accommodate two persons. Separate private bathroom with shower and sink in an alcove. This room can accommodate up to 2 persons.

Room 19
Room 19 is on the first floor of the loft building, offering a queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa, refrigerator, microwave, private bath with a small jacuzzi tub, hair dryer, cable TV, alarm clock, in-room phone, air conditioning, wireless internet access and beautiful views on the pond. This room can accommodate up to 3 persons and is one of our pet friendly room.

Room 20
This room is on the second floor of the loft building. It offers 2 double beds, private shower bath, cable TV, refrigerator and microwave, alarm clock, hair dryer, WIFI, in-room phone and a beautiful view of our backyard and pond. Maximum occupancy : 4.

Room 21
Room 21 is on the second floor of the loft building, with a queen size bed, cable TV, private shower bath, refrigerator and microwave, alarm clock, hair dryer, WIFI, in-room floor and beautiful views of our backyard and pond. Maximum occupancy : 2

Room 22
Room 22 is on the second floor of the loft building. Queen size bed, private shower bath, cable TV, alarm clock, WIFI and in-room phone. Maximum occupancy : 2.

Room 23 is on the second floor of the loft building and offers 2 double beds, space for a rollaway, private shower bath, cable TV, refrigerator and microwave, alarm clock, hair dryer, WIFI, in-room phone. Maximum occupancy: 5

Suite 24
This is a two bedroom suite. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a bunkbed set (double bed at the bottom and twin bed on the top) with a child size sleeper sofa. The large living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Private bath with a tub. A/C, alarm clock, WIFI, in-room phone and private entrance from porch. Maximum occupancy: 8. Pet friendly room.

Suite 25
This one bedroom suite has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, with a kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, cable TV, A/C, alarm clock, WIFI, in-room phone, private bath with tub and private entrance from porch.
