Later in the Dining Room, a full gourmet breakfast is served beginning with either home-baked Pumpkin-Walnut, Banana-Coconut, or Rhubarb-Honey Ginger breads. Other starters may be Apricot-Orange or Raisin Scones, Buttonwood Donut Muffins, Maple Cinnamon Rolls, Blueberry-Walnut Crumb Coffee Cake, warm Fruit Crisp with Granola topping, or a cool fresh Fruit Salad with Raspberry Sauce topping.
Savory entrees may include a Mushroom-Sausage and Cheddar Cheese Strata, Sun-Dried Tomato with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheeses Baked Omelet, Eggs Benedict with Canadian Bacon and Spinach, or Scrambled Eggs with Goat Cheese and Chives with Roasted Red Bliss Rosemary Potatoes on the side.
