Cancellation Policy: |
We have a two-week cancellation policy. Cancellation must be done by phone NOT by the Internet. If you cancel prior to two weeks you will receive your deposit back minus a $25 processing fee/per room. HOLIDAYS & HOLIDAY WEEKS: A three-week cancellation is required for holiday periods and fall foliage. |

A deposit in full is required for a one or two night stay to secure a reservation. For three nights, a first & last night's deposit is required. A 50% deposit is required for four or more nights. |
