Melanie's Bistro
Chef Melanie, who studied at the French Culinary Institute, has relocated her New York Bistro to the White Mountains and has a unique talent for fine dining preparation. The appetizers are wonderful - try a French Onion and Bacon Tart with flaky pastry, caramelized onions and bacon with a touch of savory custard. Entrées, such as; New Zealand Baby Lamb Chops, Housemade Ravioli's to name but a few.
