We specialize in Swiss/German cuisine. Weiner Schnitzel, Sauerbraten, Fondue. Our chef also serves an exceptional Rack of Lamb, Veal Oscar with a whole lobster tail, Duck Breast and leg comfit. Everything made fresh to order...delicious. Friendly, helpful staff.

Check In Policy:

Check in is after 2 p.m. We always ask when a guest thinks they will be arriving. We like to be at the inn to greet guests. Sometimes we are called away unexpectedly. We always leave a welcome note and directions on how to get to the room. This is also how we handle late night check ins after 9 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If a guest needs to cancel in less than 14 days, we retain the deposit unless we are able to resell the reservation, in which case there is a $25 bookkeeping charge. All cancellations are subject to a $25 bookkeeping charge.

Well mannered children are always welcome at the Bernerhof Inn. We offer 2 family suites. Families are requested to respect that others are also in the inn. Many couples will bring their monitors, get their children settled and asleep, and then enjoy a romantic dinner in the dining room.

Willow, our Golden Doodle, is extremely friendly and docile. She is hypo allergenic and non shedding. She is not allowed in the rooms.
