(There is a $50 charge if you require a late check out).

Cancellation Policy: |
Refund of a deposit - minus a 10% processing fee of the entire bill - will be made if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your room unless we are able to re-rent your room to another guest (although a 10% processing fee of the entire bill will still be in effect). During peak foliage season and holidays, we require 30 days notice for any cancellations.
"No shows" on scheduled arrival dates and departures earlier than scheduled will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total bill.
