The Candlelite Inn

The Inn's Parlor
Bay windows with lace curtains line one wall and a fireplace sits on the other side of the room where you can relax and enjoy a hot buttered cranberry cider after a day at the slopes. The fireplace is very uinusual--for it's a corner fireplace.

The Sun Room
Breakfast is served in the Sun Room which overlooks the pond and babbling brook. Spend your evenings playing cards or playing a board game. For those more challenging guests try your hand with our jigsaw puzzle. Winter enjoy a mug of hot chocolate or warm cider and summer, there's strawberry lemonade or raspberry ice tea. There is always some special sweets to nibble on.

The Blue Room
The Blue Room has a Windsor style bed for your sleeping comfort and an old-fashioned claw-footed tub. A muslin bunny and a wooden angel add to the country charm of this guest room.

The Rose Room
The Rose Room overlooks the pond and has a beautiful view of the Inn's grounds. This room has a country Victorian flair with its oak bed, marble top furniture and a comfy wingback chair to relax in. Momentos of the Innkeeper's families hang on the walls.

The Green Room
The Green Room has a brass bed and a set of bay windows for looking out at the countryside. This room has a feel of the 1940's.

The Suite
The mini Suite is located just off the reception room on the first floor and is painted in yellowstone with white trim moldings. A burgundy rug and lace curtains accent the room perfectly. A cherry colonial bed rests between two windows accompanied by a seating area for your reading enjoyment. This room has a gas stove for those chilly evenings and a soaking tub to soothe away the worries of the world. An entrance to the gazebo porch, which offers a spectacular view of the mountainside.
