The Rosewood Country Inn Bed and Breakfast is nestled on 12 hilltop acres in the charming town of Bradford in the Mt. Sunapee Lake Region of New Hampshire and only 90 minutes from Boston. Its early American tradition is recalled in its bordering stonewalls sunlit porches and inviting common rooms. Breakfast may be enjoyed on any one of our sunlit porches or before the crackling fire in our dining room. Imagine a breakfast of granola, fresh fruit and yogurt, homemade, over sized muffins, or our cinnamon apple pancakes with cider sauce. In the evenings, guests can be found enjoying conversation and cocktails (BYOB) before the fire in our Tavern room.

The Rosewood offers breathtaking scenery and views for any type of event desired. From beautifully landscaped gardens to our tastefully decorated indoor facilities, we can provide the best of both worlds. Our beautiful gazebo is often used for lasting photo memories. The Mt. Sunapee Region of New Hampshire offers a quiet retreat, yet is located only 30 minutes from Concord, 45 minutes from the Manchester Airport, and a 90 minutes drive from Boston and Logan Airport. The area offers a number of fine restaurants, historic attractions and specialty shops, golf courses, X-C skiing, snow shoeing and downhill skiing. Selected as "One of New Hampshire's eight most Romantic Inns" by Chronicle Books and as "Inn of the Year" by the state of New Hampshire.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Rosewood was a perfect fit. The room was so comfortable; the decor was wonderful; the food and service were spectacular. Even though the inn was at full capacity, it was SO quiet. If you want to slow down for a bit and enjoy the outdoors, fit in time for a stay at the Rosewood.

Everything was superb about Rosewood. It was as if we came to visit old friends. Lesley, Dick and Crystal were extremely helpful with suggestions, for restaurants and other various activities. Breakfast was unbelievable delicious and filling. The inn is so charming and is set away from the highway. We can't wait to return for another stay.

My husband and I booked the Inn to Inn Summer Sampler package. I have to say when I saw the ad my first response was WOW....and WOW was truly an understatement. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have been on in our lives! The Inn was beautiful, the InnKeepers and staff are so outgoing and personable, and the grounds were simply gorgous. I have to say it was a quiet and relaxing retreat. The food was to "die for". I actually asked if our lovely hostess, Leslie was a chef! She prepares each meal individually and everything was just wonderful. I was actually sad to leave after two days as I felt as if I was leaving my family. I can't wait to go back!

This was our second trip to The Rosewood and our expectations were very high because we enjoyed our first so much. This trip was even better. The Inn is beautiful, the countryside was covered in a beautiful blanket of snow, our room was cozy, and the food was excellent. It was exactly what we wanted and more!

This romantic country inn is beautiful, charming and comfortable. It is exquisitely decorated, down to the smallest details. Lush flower gardens and a private pond add to the beauty. The inn keepers are friendly. A multi-course hot breakfast is served with relaxing music and pleasant views. A soggy waffle was the only minus in a highly enjoyable stay.

This was the first time at The Rosewood. It was such a find. The hospitality was excellent, the food and our room was just what we were looking for. We added on a couple of "add on's" and were pleastly surprised. Starting off with Champaine and Cheese tray we were able to stay and relax in our room the first night. Will recommend this Inn to many people since I spent a lot of time taking photo's to bring back home. Will definatly return to Rosewood and bring friends !

This is my husband and my fourth time to the Inn. It was a perfect way to spend Valentine's Day. Thank you Leslie, Dick, Becky and Krystal for the pampering. We will be visiting again soon.

What an exceptional B&B even in the dead of winter. I use B&B's almost exclusively when I travel and found the Rosewood Country Inn one of the best I've experienced. Romantic, restful, and positively elegant!
