Our beautiful Cheney House Bed & Breakfast an 1895 Victorian home is located in a lavish area of Ashland, NH known as "Millionaire's Row". Enjoy your stay with us in renovated guest rooms/common areas. We spared no expense for your comfort. Each guest room has queen beds (14" mattresses) (1 room with 2 twins) all with private bathrooms. Use our sitting room or living room to read, relax or work via wireless internet. We provide guest refrigerator for your use.
The Cheney House Bed and Breakfast is nearly in the geographical center of New Hampshire, conveniently located for visitors to Plymouth State University, Holderness School, New Hampton School and the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center. Lake Winnipesaukee and the towns of Plymouth, Center Harbor, Meredith and Sandwich are all within a few minutes driving distance. |

We serve a full hot breakfast every morning, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., but we try to cater to our guests' plans for the day; i.e. breakfast at 8:45 a.m.

If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the full amount of the first night's stay will be charged and a $35 cancellation fee. If we are able to rebook your room, we will send you a gift certificate for 1 night's stay.

We have a portable playpen/crib you can use. We also ask that if you're traveling with a newborn to be considerate of other guests re: crying (do your best to not have the baby crying in the middle of the night). It's never presented a problem for our inn.
