Check In Policy: |
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If you anticipate your arrival to be outside of our stated check-in times, please call to make arrangements. |
Check Out Policy: |
Peak-season check-out time is 11:00 AM. During the off-season a later check-out is possible depending upon occupancy and incoming guests arrival. Please inquire the day before scheduled check-out. |
Cancellation Policy: |
PEAK SEASON (June 1 - Sept 30) reservations require a 45 day notification of cancellation for complete refund. Cancellations less than 45 days, but more than 30 days forfeits half of the deposit. Cancellations 30 days or less forfeits the entire deposit. OFF SEASON (Oct 1 - May 31) reservations require a two week cancellation notification for complete refund. Less than 14 day cancellations forfeit entire deposit. |

Deposit Policy: |
Upon placing your reservation a deposit equal to one-night's stay is required. The remaining balance will be asessed and taken at time of checkout. |
Pets Welcome |
We welcome friendly house trained dogs at the bed and breakfast. Pets must remain with their owners at all times. We can recommend a local kennel for your dog(s) should you need to leave him/her behind during the day. Please understand that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time during your stay and consider that in making the decision to bring your pet. There is a $10 per dog (2 dog limit) per night fee. Owner of pet is responsible for any and all damages. Sorry, no pets of any kind are permitted in the lakeside cabin. |
Pets Living At Inn:

We currently have 2 outside cats and are hoping to find just the right puppy to adopt soon! Although we can't officially call the family of deer who frequent the inn's grounds our "pets", we are very fond of them and have even named the mother Dolly. |

Swan Hill Bed & Breakfast promotes a smoke free environment. Guests who smoke are asked to do so away from the house and cabin. |
