Monday through Friday 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 2-6:00 p.m. We are happy to accommodate your personal arrival needs; we simply ask that you call ahead so that we can make arrangements, if necessary.

Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $25 administrative fee. We regret that cancellations or changes within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book. We will refund all room charges for re-booked nights minus the $25 administrative fee. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation notice of at least 30 days is required for a refund, less the $25.00 administrative fee.

Reservations require a full deposit for a one night stay including 7% bed tax. Stays of two or more nights require 50% of the total lodgiing cost and half of the 7% bed tax. Balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
