This historic B&B built on 10 acres boasts 10 rooms with high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, six fireplaces, pocket doors and outstanding woodwork. Unchanged by time this well maintained Historic Property offers an opportunity to experience the lifestyle of a respected area Miller in the late nineteenth century.

The Schaaf Home was constructed on this site to embrace the views and breezes of the River Valley. Graced by huge Oak, Maple, Ash, and Walnut trees this ten acre property allows one the feeling of privacy and space not found at many Bed & Breakfast Inns.

Whether you simply want to be alone with the one you love sipping a glass of wine on the front porch / balcony or relaxing in the cool library, the house is yours. For full refund of deposit please cancel seven days prior to date of Reservation. Holiday Weekends and Special Event deposits are non refundable.

Pets Welcome
Well behaved medium to small dogs are welcome. Medium size dogs may stay in an outdoor kennel with dog house, fresh water and straw. Small house dogs may stay in their travel kennel on the enclosed side porch. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the house or in guest rooms.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Our family includes Preacher and Lil'Lola brother and sister part Labrador yard dogs who are well behaved, quiet and live in a kennel outside.
Smoking: Outside
We have lovely porches and a balcony plus a comfortable deck for smoking. No smoking is allowed in the House or in Guest Rooms. Please respect this house rule as we respect your right to smoke.
