Welcome to the Stone-Yancey House Bed and Breakfast in Liberty, Missouri. Your delicious 3-course breakfast features homemade breads, fruit, hot or cold cereal, and a main course with a hot entree. Early morning coffee will be right outside your door!

Wake up to early morning beverages right outside your door, then come down to the dining room to savor your 3-course breakfast, beginning with fruit, juice or other beverages, and fresh-baked breads or muffins, followed by granola or hot toddy oatmeal, and completed by a delicious entree, which might include eggs Benedict, lemon ricotta pancakes, "dutch babies" puff pancakes, potato and sausage quiche, or a number of other delectable items. We promise you will not go away hungry. We are also happy to accommodate special dietary needs.

Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. Early or late check-in may be arranged with advance notice.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is 11am. We will be happy to store your luggage after 11am if needed.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations that are cancelled 10 days or more in advance will be refunded, less a 10% handling charge, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used for a future stay. Reservations cancelled less than 10 days in advance will receive a refund (less the 10% handling charge) only if the room can be rebooked for all nights reserved.
Children: Children ages 15+
We are happy to accommodate children aged 15 and older. The Withers room can be set up for a family of three.

Deposit Policy:
Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay, charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Pets Living At Inn: Yes
The owners have a cat which is outside or in the innkeepers' quarters, and never allowed in the guest areas of the inn.
Smoking: No
We are a totally non-smoking inn. In addition, no candles or open flames are allowed in the inn. We will be happy to provide a safe, scented electric candle alternative.
