Welcome to the Cottage Grove Bed and Breakfast in Kirksville, Missouri. The backyard is spacious and well maintained. We even have a covered kennel. There is plenty of room for a party, reception or just to walk around.

You'll enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the living room on those cool Kirksville evenings. You can watch television here, or in your private room.

Also located in the living room is a piano. You are welcome to tickle our ivories! Downstairs you'll find our recreation area, with a ping pong table, board games and game table. There is also a weight/step machine in the unfinished part of the basement for your use.

There is a wet bar in the dining area where coffee and hot water are available morning and evening. In the evening, on the bar counter area there will be special treats for you to enjoy. A small refrigerator is located in the hallway alcove area leading to the garage. It is stocked with ice and drinks. Help yourself.
