Advance reservations are required and are secured with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express). A $20 service charge is placed on the card for cancellations occurring eight (8) or more days before the reservation date. Cancellations seven (7) or fewer days before the reservation date result in a 50% forfeiture (one-half the cost of all nights reserved). Same day cancellations and "no-show" reservations will be charged at 100% unless they can be rebooked. Group or special event reservations are subject to a 50% forfeiture for all rooms and dates canceled up to eight (8) days prior to the reservation, and to a 100% forfeiture for cancellation with notice of SEVEN OR LESS days. If the room can be rebooked, there is only a $20 handling fee per room.
