Welcome to the Prosperity School Bed and Breakfast in Joplin, MO. Come and smell the roses, wander along a shady path in the woodland garden, and enjoy the fragrance and taste of the fresh herbs from the herb garden. Relax on the covered rear deck or enclosed courtyard. Built in 1907, the Prosperity School Bed and Breakfast building has wide halls and high ceilings, reminiscent of days gone by. The spacious grounds offer natural pleasures, such as birds, flowers, hummingbirds, rabbits, and squirrels. We have a family of deer on the grounds, and occasionally wild turkeys, also. Check-Out time is 11AM. Late departures after 12 Noon are subject to an additional night's charge, at the Innkeeper's discretion.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations at least (7)seven days prior to arrival date will be charged for the full stay, and will receive credit in the form of a Gift Certificate,valid for six months. No credit issued with less than (7)seven days notice. There will be no refunds for early departures.
