Welcome to Birk's Gasthaus...Birk’s Gasthaus is a mansion completed in 1886 for Mr. Herzog. It is furnished in a variety of antiques including brass beds, furniture and claw foot tubs. The mansion is once again used to entertain guests.
We also conduct Murder Mysteries for private groups and can accommodate small business meetings. We have mid-week discounts along with bikes, Amtrak and Katy Trail pick-up, available for our guests.
