There is a US $35.00 administration fee per room for any cancellation or changes. Cancellations within 15 days of the reservation date will receive a gift certificate valued at one half (50%) of the total reservation -minus the administration fee- for use within a year of the reservation. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a refund, less the US$ 35.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 36hours of the reservation check-in time will receive no refund. You will be charged the full amount if you have not already paid in full for your reservation.

We charge your credit for your entire stay at the time the reservation is made, (rare exceptions made). You agree that if you do not wish to use a credit card as a method of payment when making a reservation, you will provide a credit card number to hold the reservation on. You must send a check in the mail and until such check clears at the bank, we will use your credit card to hold your reservation.
