We truly enjoyed our stay! Tom and Margot made us feel right at home. They were so hospitable and yet gave us our space. The food was delicious! We would highly recommend them.....& suggest you take the carriage ride!

I found this B&B on the internet, and I was just drawn to it...I wanted someplace nice to celebrate my girlfriends Birthday! I was not disappointed...Margot is WONDERFUL! I brought the champagne, Margot had rose petals out on the bed, and cake on a glass tray...My girlfriend broke down and cried as soon as she saw the room...PRICELESS! I highly recomend "Nostalgic Place"...You will love it!

This was the most amazing bed and breakfast experience!!! We stayed for our 21st anniversary, we usually try to go somewhere each year for a weekend by ourselves. It was historic, spotless, romantic, and the food was incredible!!! Tom and Margot made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go back.

My Mom and sister went to Nostalgic Place for a girls night out and had a great time! This was the third B&B I have stayed it and it was by far the best. Everything about our stay was above and beyond my expectations - the room, the food, the hospitality! I would (and have) recommend this B&B!!!

Margot and Tom were the perfect hosts. My husband and I have stayed at B&B's for the last 5 years for our anniversary and Nostalgic Place has been the best so far. We usually try to keep to ourselves and do our own thing but one night we ended up staying up for a little while talking with Margot and Tom and had a great time. The history of the house is so interesting and the grounds that the house sits on were peaceful and held a lot of great history as well. I would highly recommend Nostalgic Place. We had a great time!

What a WONDERFUL place! I booked this as a surprise annversary getaway for my husband and I. Margot & Tom were excellent hosts. Very helpful in helping me plan this special weekend. Food was EXCELLENT! A very quaint and peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this B&B. We can't wait to go back ourselves.

Our stay at Nostalgic Place Bed and Breakfast in Arcadia, MO was a special one. My wife and I were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary and it was our first B&B stay. I wanted this to be an amazing weekend for my wife, so I needed to find an amazing place. From the first time I talked to Margot on the phone, I knew that this was it. She and Tom were incredibly helpful with making my plans happen flawlessly. Everything was simply amazing. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was incredibly above and beyond what I expected. We had a wonderful time and are anxiously awaiting our next stay at Nostalgic Place and the Arcadia Valley.

We cannot say enough about our stay at the Nostalgic Place. We are fortunate to have experienced so many of he amenities they offer, including a couple's massage in our suite, a picnic lunch, a bicycle ride, a carriage ride ... We most enjoyed the delicious dinners prepared by Margo and Tom and then dining with them. We felt like special guests that they welcomed into their home. We loved visiting with them. Also, the history of the area is so interesting and the grounds of Arcadia Academy are beautiful. We very much hope to return some time.

My husband and I stayed at Nostalgic Place for our 10th anniversary. It was absolutely wonderful. Tom and Margot made us feel welcomed from the minute we walked through the door. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The property the inn sits on is pretty and Margot will tell you all about its history.(Very Interesting!!!) The breakfast was amazing and I promise you won't leave the table hungry. I can't wait to go back and next time we will definatly use the hot tub. This is honestly the best B&B I've ever stayed in.
