October (full month), Holiday, Festival or Special Event Reservations In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, we must be notified at least 20 days prior to your scheduled reservation.

Weekend Reservations (Friday or Saturday) In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, we must be notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled weekend reservation.

Weeknight Reservations (Sunday through Thursday) In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, we must be notified at least 5 days prior to your scheduled reservation.

As a small Inn, we ask for your understanding of our need to receive ample notice of cancellations. If notification is not made by the required time, we will be unable to provide a refund of your room deposit unless we are able to rebook your room. Any payment for special services paid for in advance is non-refundable. If we are able to rebook your room, we will gladly refund your room deposit less a $25.00 service charge. Additionally, if there are extenuating circumstances due to hospitalization or illness, please provide proof and we will refund your deposit, less the $25.00 service fee.
