Lazy Dog ranch is locate 8 minutes off the Natchez Trace Parkway, the 444 mile parkway commemorates an ancient trail that connects the southern portions of the Mississippi river, to salt licks in today's central Tennessee. Today visitors can experience this National scenic byway and all-American road through driving, hiking, biking, horseback riding and camping. The parkway spans from Natchez, Mississippi to Nashville, Tennessee. Some of the other area attractions are Elvis Presely's birthplace. This is the only location in the world where visitors can see, feel and touch where the King of Rock and Roll began his musical journey. Built by his father, Elvis's birthplace contains a park, museum, memorial chapel and a gift shop. Located in the heart of downtown Tupelo, the Gumtree Museum of Art provides quality exhibitions that would otherwise not be seen in the northeast Mississippi region. In addition, the museum presents educational programming promoting the visual arts. Tupelo offers an extraordinary car museum, Tupelo Automobile Museum. More than 100 antique, classic and collectible automobiles, chronologically displayed, illustrate the progress of over 100 years of automobile design and engineering. The collection includes a rare Tucker, a Lincoln previously owned by Elvis Presley, other movie and celebrity vehicles, hispano Suizas, a Duesenberg, and many more rare brands in American favorites. Tupelo Buffalo Park is home to the largest herd of buffalo east of the Mississippi. Visitors to Tupelo can tour the park on a Monster Bison bus and tour the zoo.

Enjoy some down time watching the koi and goldfish eat as you watch the evening sunset. Go for a leisurely walk in the yard and watch the horses graze and the dogs play as you enjoy this relaxing environment it's country setting.

Or you may prefer the sounds of the bullfrogs by the pond while you relax on the porch. Whatever you wish is our command. We are here to pamper you for that special get-a-way. Our Classic bedroom includes an antique bed and dresser along with carpet. This is a perfectly romantic old world decor and secluded room on a separate floor.You have access to the spectacular garden and the game room for your own enjoyment. You also have your own private bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. In the morning, wake up to your fresh pot of java for a leisurely relaxing entrance to your day. Breakfast served upstairs, before you leave for the activities of your day.
