The Moondance Inn is an architecturally significant home in Red Wing, Minnesota's historic district; a historic district ranked number 23 in the world by National Geographic's "Traveler" magazine. Red Wing, MN's. Moondance Inn was built in 1874 and is located in the heart of Red Wing's. Our bed and breakfast features: An original gilded ceiling, Tiffany and Steuben chandeliers, original woodwork and floors. There are grand public areas including our elegant first floor great room and an award winning front porch.
The Moondance Inn is on the National Historic Register. On weekends we serve complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening and a full 5-course gourmet breakfast in the mornings. A delicious full breakfast is served daily along with an afternoon tea service.The Moondance Inn is within easy walking distance to restaurants, antique stores,unique retail shops and the Mississippi River.
