Everything about our stay in the Rosewood Inn was great: the "simple supper"; bedding and pillows; breakfasts (brought right to our door); the pantry stocked with never ending homebaked cookies and ice cream; the jacuzzi with rubber ducky; and finally, the secret treat for our homeward journey. Thanks Pam and Dick!

Beautiful old house with a wonderful history. The InnKeeper was very knowledgeable. We stayed in the Solarium, which was breathtaking!!
The 18 Ft. Window in front of the bed was awesome with the blue sky and sunshine, and even with the rain. Artistic painting on the was a a nice touch. Food was 1st Rate! Will go Again!!!

This wonderful B & B far exceeded our expectations. We were warmly greeted with a tour and brief history of the Inn and were shown to a truly comfortable room. Breakfast was absolutely the best.
We are already talking about planning our next trip back to the Rosewood.

Oh what a great way to celebrate 25 years together! Pam Greeted us and remembered us despite the many years since our last stay. She made thoughtful recommendations for return visit to Hastings, the local vineyard and Carpenters Nature Center, very enjoyable. Our room was spectacular, skylights, fireplace, teak wood jacuzzi, copper soaking tub, rounded shower, and comfy bed. The food both breakfasts were delivered at our requested time, and were perfect. We also enjoyed a soup and salad supper, that was filling and yummy.
We love the peaceful relaxing environment Pam and Dick have created, and hope to enjoy many more stays. The gal cleaning the room offered to do our laundry, well she probably didn't mean it but it was very cute.

Our room was inadvertantly overbooked so Pam called and offered us condo they had availabe. It was wonderful! Hospitality was great. We still went to the B&B house for a fabulous breakfast adn breakfast was delivered to us on Sunday. The condo was very quiet and welcoming. We enjoyed all the "little extras", candies, hot chocloate fresh flowers and more. This was a wonderful stay!

My first visit was a Mothers' Day gift from my daughter. It was so enjoyable; a wonderful historical home, warm and quiet. Our breakfast was delivered in 2 straw baskets outside our door. Talk about room service!!
I returned later with my husband. He was equally impressed. Now each time we schedule a trip to a Twins game, we adjust the date to coincide with a return visit to Rosewood. Pam is always there to greet us warmly. She's is very proud of her inn. And it shows.

We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at Rosewood. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Our stay was romantic, peaceful, and amazing. Our daughters, niece, and a friend had stayed at Rosewood in April and had such fun that we were really anticipating a wonderful experience. Our oldest daughter had lost hope in living, and was renewed through her stay in a private room. Her life was transformed. We enjoyed the inn, the fabulous food, the innkeeper (who was hospitable and loving). IT WAS SUPERB!

The special touches make the difference! Seeing our names on the door was so romantic! Highly recommend eating breakfast in your room in front of the fire!

We stayed at the Rosewood Inn Saturday night. I have been sharing our experience with friends and staff at work. It is such a lovely home and I can tell your heart was really in the restoration of this beautiful home. The picture of the former owner was captivating . . . She must have loved the house. I still find it hard to believe that people in those days would build such detailed houses and with so much manual hand labor without our tools of today. Many houses built today are like boxes with no character.
We especially liked being served privately a wonderful breakfast rather than at a scheduled time at a table of strangers. The German apple pancake was like no other pancake I have ever tasted. The fresh fruit was also very good. Even the bacon had a remarkable flavor unlike other bacon I have eaten.
Is the pancake and bacon a secret recipe? If not, I'd luv to be able to prepare these in our own home.
Thanks for recommending the seafood restaurant in Prescott. Thanks again for a wonderful, peaceful weekend. We will be back.
