Welcome to MacArthur House, a premier Bed & Breakfast located in the North Shore harbor town of Grand Marais, Minnesota. All guestrooms are beautiful and spacious with private baths. A whirlpool suite, Harbor Suite, that is truly amazing. Rooms with views of Lake Superior. Fine dining and shopping is only a short walk from the front door. Art Colony and North House Folk School are within walking distance of 2 blocks.
An abundant homemade breakfast is served each morning in the dining room. Breakfast begins with fresh fruit followed by different entrees such as Banana Bread French Toast, Frittatas, Eggs Benedict or Apple Pecan Waffles, along with homemade turkey wild rice sausage and Italian or maple sausages. Fresh baked goods, blackberry cream cheese coffee cake, caramel rolls or blueberry torte are added for your sweet tooth. Freshly ground coffee, assorted teas and juice complete the meals.
