Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later than 6:00 p.m., please notify the innkeeper so special arrangements can be made.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out without prior approval will be charged a late fee of $25.

Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to reserved date. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior will be charged the full room rate for one night. If the room is resold a gift certificate, equal to the amount charged, will be issued and valid for one year for a Sunday through Thursday night stay.

The Historic Hutchinson House requires that you reserve your room with a credit card or by check. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by check, deposit in the amount of half of the total stay. You can, however, pay for your stay using cash, check, gift certificate or credit card. Room rates do not include state and local sales tax. Rates are subject to change.
