Cancellation Policy:

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we have a 7-day cancellation policy. Should you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, you'll receive full credit less a $20 bookkeeping fee. A cancellation of 7 days or less, you will be liable for the first night and any others we cannot rent up to the full length of your reservation. This includes shortened stays within the 7 days. No refunds for early departures.

First night charges are due at time of booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Minimum nights stay required for holiday weekends. Summer weekends require a minimum Friday/Saturday combined stay. Full payment due at time of arrival, major credit cards, checks and cash accepted.
