Everything about this Inn was 5 stars. The food,the ambiance,the staff,everything. Amanda learned that one or our party was suffering from a cold and unexpectedly brought tea and cookies to her romm. First class all the way!

Great value. I've never been to Lake Michigan in the winter. It was neat- the edge of the water was still frozen into a snow cliff but in March it was warm enough to stay out for a while and enjoy the view. The inn was just a short 2 block walk from the beach. We got a gift certificate to Tello's as part of a winter special- outstanding food and service. Plus downtown had an outdoor ice skating rink. Lovely inn, great staff, and a charming little town. My boyfriend and I would definitely return.

Staying at the Victoria Resort was a delightful experience. The hospitality was most gracious and the accomodations wonderful. We are looking forward to returning ASAP.

The Victoria was in a great location, just a block and a half from the beach. Breakfast was delicious- it kept me full all the way until dinner at 5pm! Queen Deluxe room was just right with a jacuzzi and small fireplace inside it.

The facilities are nice. Every staff member I encounter whether via telephone or in person made me feel like I was the most important person at that time. THat was a deciding factor for choosing to stay at this b & b

Both of us thought the stay was the best decision - the owners were unbelievably helpful, friendly, and very genuine.. you can tell they love what they do. The room was more than what I expected - it was very clean and the decor was cozy and romantic and the perfect setting for our 2 year anniversary.

This is a wonderful gem in South Haven! The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. I could stay in our room forever! Not only were we welcomed to the B&B, but we were also given information about the events around town. It made our visit even more enjoyable.

The Victoria is a wonderful getaway spot. Spacious room, big fireplace, great whirlpool tub... we had breakfast in bed one morning! The Inn looks so simple on the outside, but inside it is elegant. We're planning another visit this spring.
