Cancellation Policy: |
For regular bookings, deposit will be returned if cancellation is made prior to 15 days before scheduled arrival. There is a 30 day cancellation deadline for holidays or special events. Group bookings are payable in full at the time of reservation and are non-changeable, non-cancelable, non-refundable. A $15 room processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. A shortened stay will be treated as a cancellation. We are a small inn and late cancellations affect us greatly. Sorry, but our policy is firm regardless of the reason for cancellation. |

A 50% deposit is required. The deposit guarantees payment for the entire reservation; late cancellation owes full fee. Two night minimum on most weekends, holidays and festivals. Some 3 night weekends required. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express, personal checks and cash are accepted. |

Khaki is 32 lb. border collie and golden mix. If any of are guests are allergic or not comfortable with dogs, she is happy to stay in the basement or be kenneled. The entire inn is vacuumed everyday and none of our guests with allergies have had a problem. |
