If you cancel a reservation less than seven days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged for whatever nights are not rented to another guest. All cancellations are charged a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation. |

If your arrival date is more than 60 days from today, we do process a deposit of either one night or 50% of the reservation, whichever it greater.
If you arrival date is within the next 60 days, then a credit card number will simply hold your reservation and no deposit will be charged.
