Cancellation Policy: |
Deposits are nonrefundable for no-shows. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made on or within 14 days of the check-in date. Deposit is refundable (less the 10% cancellation charge) if cancellation is made prior to 14 days of the check-in date. |

Children under 18 years may accompany their parents or guardians in the Library Suite, Garden Suite, and the Music Room Suite only. The Carriage Barn Suite, Stableman's Suite, Lightkeeper's Cottage, Iris, Rose, and Lily are not appropriate for children. |

Serendipity is a completely smoke-free environment, within all buildings and on the grounds, the picnic areas, the hot tub decks, and the parking lot. In effect, guests must leave the property to smoke. If guests are found to have smoked on the property or are smoking they will be required to leave, and no refunds will be given. There will be additional charges for extra cleaning for damages caused by smoking. |
