We're an upscale Bed and Breakfast and Cottage with an ideal location just a few short blocks from the heart of downtown Saugatuck. A short stroll takes you right to the middle of all of the restaurants, shops and attractions that our great town has to offer.
Each of our three Bed and Breakfast guestrooms has one queen-size bed and private bath. Cable TV, CD players, high speed wireless internet access and spa quality bathroom products are just a few of the many amenities we have to offer you. Our room rates range from $150.00 - $225.00 per night, depending on the room desired, as well as on the time of year. All of our B&B room rates include a full breakfast daily, as well as off-street parking.
Adjacent to our Bed and Breakfast is a newly renovated three-bedroom/one bath cottage for nightly or weekly rental. The cottage is perfect for couples traveling together, families with small children, or for anyone wanting that little extra privacy. |

Cancellation Policy: |
Because of our small size, cancellations made in excess of 14 days will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged one nights stay. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged full stay unless the room(s) can be re-booked at same rate and terms. Certain special events such as Holidays have 30 day cancellation requirements that will be outlined in your confirmation letter.
A credit card must be included with the reservation request in order for your reservation to be confirmed. No charges will be made to your credit card until check-in. This information is used only to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will only be charged for cancellation policy violations and no-shows.
