Check-in is between 4-7 p.m. Eastern Standard time. All expected check-in times after 7:00 p.m. must be pre-arranged for late arrival.

Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements for late check out are possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will result in a complete deposit refund (less a $20.00 processing fee) with prior notification of more than ten days. We can not refund any part of a deposit with cancellations of ten or fewer days notice.

For the privacy and relaxation of all of our guests, we prefer to limit children to 12 years of age and older. We may waive that restriction when families or groups book the entire house for themselves.
