Upon request, a full breakfast can be served up to our guest in their room for an additional charge of $15. Otherwise, our breakfast will be served in our formal dining room or in our (14 window) sun room facing a century old park.

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to reservations or if the room is re-rented deposit will be refunded - minus a 10% handling fee. There will be a 10% cancellation fee on all rooms, no exceptions if a room is cancelled for any reson. |
Deposit Policy: |
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of one night's stay - either by cash, check or credit card. No Shows will be charged 100% of room rate, no exceptions. |
