Cancellation Policy:
If you must cancel on shorter notice, we will be unable to refund your deposit, however, it may be applied to a new date provided cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation period for groups, holidays and special events may be more than one week, and will be discussed with you in advance.

Deposit Policy:
A minimum deposit of one night's room rate must be received within seven (7) days of your reservations request. Full payment is expected upon arrival. Reservations will be confirmed by mail or fax. Deposit may be made by check or credit card.
