Southern Mansion "Baby Package"- Includes A Pack 'n Play, Travel Swing, Changing Pad and a Baby Monitor. This is a one time set-up fee of $49.00 [not a per night charge]. If you reserve the “Southern Mansion” the baby can sleep with you OR in the room next to yours which gives you the opportunity to whirlpool and watch TV without disturbing your baby. For everyone’s comfort these rooms are located side by side on the South end of the house without any other guest rooms nearby so our other guests still have their privacy too! Southern Mansion “Family Suite”- Right next to our “Southern Mansion” is another separate bedroom with a twin daybed & twin trundle bed This allows you to have two separate bedrooms for sleeping. The kids will be sharing your bathroom, but have their own TV. For everyones comfort these rooms are located side by side on the South end of the house without any other guest rooms nearby...so our other guests still have their privacy too! To use the 2nd bedroom there is a $69.00 per night charge added to the Southern Mansion nightly fee. We are an adult oriented bed & breakfast, please check with innkeeper before bringing children so we know what type of requirements you'll need for sleeping and breakfast with your children.

We accept pets in our "Southern Mansion" suite because it has a vinyl floor that we can keep allergy free. We charge $25.00 a night as a pet fee.

Smoking is allowed outside only; there is an ash tray by the backdoor (in the window sill). We do not allow smoking in our home or in our guests suits.
