Our goal at Prairieside Suites is to create an "Experience" not just a "Stay". We understand you can "Stay" anywhere, guests choose us because of how they feel when they’re here, totally cared for in every way.

Luxury bathrooms are at the heart of this nurturing environment. Our spa rooms feature extra long & deep whirlpool tubs with views of the fireplace because these six-foot tubs sit in our beautiful bedrooms [not in a cramped bathroom]. Inside our bathrooms you’ll find European jetted showers, heated towel bars, heated tile floors, heated mirrors [that do not fog while showering] and heated toilet seats!

All bedrooms have king size beds to pamper you, and you'll discover ways to enhance your own home! This is an exceptional setting for a weekend getaway or the business traveler.

Breakfast is customized to suit individual needs. In order to provide you with the optimum dining experience, information regarding any food allergies you may have and your preferences in vegetables will be requested when you reserve your room. A full breakfast might consist of fresh fruit, juice & muffins, followed by French toast with homemade strawberry sauce, and deluxe eggs (veggies/ham/cheese) with salsa on the side. For the business traveler or guest who wants to snuggle and sleep in, a deluxe continental breakfast of muffin, yogurt, fruit, cereal/milk, hard boiled eggs and juice is available in your in-room fridge. All rooms have coffee pots with coffee, tea & homemade hot cocoa in them. Cookies and baked goods are always available in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit minus a $20 processing fee is credited toward your next stay if cancellation is received 10 days prior to your arrival for guest rooms. If your cancellation is received less than 10 days before your arrival-you are responsible for all room charges unless the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation. No-shows are charged for full reservation. We recommend that you contact your insurance agent for travel insurance to protect you in case it becomes necessary to cancel at the last minute. It is our intention to make your stay a memorable one and these terms are necessary for the successful management of our small inn, devoted to you, our guests.

We are an adult oriented bed & breakfast, please check with innkeeper before bringing children.

Deposit Policy:
1st night's deposit (including tax) is required to secure your reservation by credit card. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Additional persons are $15/night. Some week ends have a Two-night & holiday minimum but we can add you to our waiting list and call you within 4 days from your arrival to let you know our availability.
No Pets Allowed
Because it's important to keep an allergy-free environment, we cannot accept additional pets.

Smoking: Limited
Smoking is allowed outside only; there is an ash tray by the backdoor (in the window sill). We do not allow smoking in our home or in our guests suits.
