Tucked away on 60 acres of quiet Michigan pines, the Horton Creek Bed and Breakfast in Charlevoix brings you the best of northern Michigan including strolling the gardens and butterfly house, viewing the ponds, walking the trails, or relaxing by the pool. The peaceful quiet you will experience here will make it hard for you to leave. However you see your relaxing getaway retreat, one of our comfortable rooms will enhance the experience. Families, romantic getaway couples, and friends can choose from a number of bedrooms with queen beds, private baths with whirlpool tubs, gas fireplaces for those cold winter nights, and a full breakfast that’s prepared each morning and ready when you are.

The surrounding region is full of northern Michigan beauty and history. Nearby Horton Bay, Michigan was a favorite haunt of Ernest Hemingway and is now home to some nice shops including the Horton Bay General Store. There is the spa, the gardens, the butterfly house, Horton's Creek, that is the solitude. Then there is Horton's Bay, shopping in Charlevoix, dining in Boyne City, water sports on Lake Charlevoix, fantastic art in East Jordan, that is just some of the fun minutes from our "cabin in Michigan" in the "middle of nowhere". Of course, we can't leave out the many local attractions found in the beautiful northern Michigan communities of Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City, Michigan.

Full Breakfast
A full breakfast is served at 9 a.m. in our four-season sun room. Your rate also includes an evening snack. Be sure to let us know of dietary needs.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-In begins at 4pm. Please! No early arrivals without prior arrangements.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
With less than 10 days notice a one-night charge will be billed unless room can be re-rented. With less than 48 hours notice a charge for your fully reserved stay will be billed unless the room can be re-rented.
Children: Children Welcome
Special arrangements will be made for one child 6 and under in the parents room at a $10.00 additional charge. More than one child 6 and under varies depending on arrangements made. Children 7-10 may have an additional charge of $25.00 depending on arrangements made. 10 years and older it is suggested to occupy our 2 room suite so youngster is in own bed.
Deposit Policy:
Your room can be reserved with a deposit of a one night's stay. We have a two night minimum stay on weekends ( May 1st through October 31st) except for holidays when it is a three night minimum. Single night reservations are welcome during the week and also during weekends when available.
No Pets Allowed
