Veranda View: Teahouse & Garden
For many years simply a parking lot, now an English Walled Garden: fruits, a splashing lion fountain, much wildlife, perfect as a bucolic wedding spot, Graduation Weekend catered affair, or football dinner with former classmates!

The Gazebo Garden
Our 14' English gazebo, coupled with the Teahouse (all weather, seats 16)is suitable for weddings, with an outer dining area for 60 guests. No amplified music, please. A great plein air painting site, so bring your easel and sketch book; the Wi-Fi extends to this site if you have laptop work in mind.

Frank Lloyd Wright Retreat Center & Concert Hall
Vitosha is suitable as a discreet, small or second wedding venue, with guest lists of 85 or fewer. Bar mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, banquets and recitals are also welcome. For each season we offer both a Teahouse and Concert Hall, with Gazebo weddings during the kinder weather. Climbing hydrangeas, quince and plum trees create a distinctly English walled garden effect. In the Hall a baby grand piano and Holtkamp pipe organ are available to professional musicians, and we maintain a no D.J. policy due to our excellent acoustics and residential location. A closure time of 10PM is strongly suggested, with 8PM the time to conclude out-of-doors activity.

Castlestone Big Haus (sleeps 7 upstairs)
Once known as the Dean Myers House (1917), Vitosha is the 3rd incarnation: from private home to Unitarian Church, then restored as an on campus lodging establishment and cultural retreat. Within minutes one can dine well, see first rate cinema, jog along the Huron River, or enjoy a lively "downtown" area with sidewalk cafes, boutique shopping and comedy clubs.

The Ada Room
1st floor Parsonage w/fireplace,wireless, double wrought iron bed, bay window, clawfooted bathtub & shower; A/C, wireless, telephone, separate entrance. Reading and rocking chairs, facing east but very sequestered. Maximum Occupancy: 2. A/C, umbrella'd tables just outside in warm months, DSL computer terminal in hall next door.

The China Room
Parsonage, 2nd floor, shower & fireplace. A high, queen sized bed & a sleigh daybed. Chinese carved sidechairs, velvet ottoman, veranda view, fireplace. A/C, wireless, telephone, private bath w/shower. Maximum Occupancy: 3

Garden Room
Flanking the Parsonage front door, 1st floor facing east. Private entrance. Black, wrought iron double bed, working desk, reading chair, A/C, DSL/wireless, telephone. Excellent fireplace. Shower only. Maximum Occupancy: 2

The Courtyard Room
Facing the English walled garden and Teahouse, Parsonage 1st floor. Spacious enough for three, heated slate floor, bay window. Bed is custom made, somewhat high, w/additional sleigh daybed. Private entrance, fireplace, telephone, wireless internet. Maximum Occupancy: 3

Cuckoo's Nest
Features space for family or group: double four poster w/two twin beds. Shower, T.V., telephone, A/C & DSL/wireless. Third floor, Big Haus, pets on 2nd floor. No free entry after 10PM, call cell phone. Notification by cell' if regressing past eleven PM Maximum Occupancy: 4

Grand Room
One of two largest rooms: high, queen sized bed & sleigh daybed, 2nd floor Parsonage. Soaring ceiling, separate entrance, shower, fireplace, telephone, A/C, wireless and DSL. Faces east, very private and quiet. Maximum Occupancy: 3

Library Annex
Third floor of Big Haus, only used as “overflow” for either Veranda or Cuckoo’s nest, MAY NOT BE RENTED SEPARATELY, NO BATHROOM. Sleigh daybed for one, formerly the Unitarian Church library. Notification by cell' if regressing past eleven PM Maximum Occupancy: 1

Provincial Room
Single occupancy with double bed; petite, European feeling lodging with soaring ceiling, bathtub, veranda & fireplace. Cozy room for one, although two are allowed for family events. 2nd floor Parsonage. A/C, wireless, telephone. Maximum Occupancy: 2

Ramparts Room
Double brass bed, 2nd floor Parsonage location, separate entrance. Veranda, bathtub, T.V., A/C, wireless & DSL, telephone. Good working desk. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults + 2 toddlers in treehouse crib. Faces east, with vineyard and pond view on Berkshire side street.
