Welcome to Vitosha Guest Haus, a bed and breakfast in Ann Arbor, MI. We invite you to explore our inn for your next conference, wedding, or love affair! When your staff or clients require an intimate, confidence inspiring meeting environment, Vitosha offers blood pressure lowering acoustics, excellent coffee, and healthful breakfasts and luncheons at competitive prices. Business amenities include wireless internet (indoors and out), in-house catering (40 or fewer), private meeting spaces, and parking. Faxing services upon request, and fireplace rooms available for executive travelers. For your pleasure and profit we offer the following four areas, one of which is certain to suit your occasion.
For conferences and large gatherings we offer the concert hall, with auditorium seating for 100 (formal dining for 85), with a raised stage for presentations. Tables and chairs on site, microphones, projector screen, piano, and dessert loft for breakout sessions. The green room is available for small groups (up to 14), with overstuffed traditional seating. Suitable for retreats, break out sessions, and formal breakfasts. For a cozy “schmooz”, or a confidential business engagement, the dessert loft seats 15 in leather wingbacks and Flemish side chairs. Also a great perch for filming and recording staged presentations. The Teahouse & Gazebo Garden is a seasonal offering, with indoor seating for 15 and formal outdoor dining for 60. Umbrella adorned tables and lawn chairs for summer naps, reading or laptop work.

Default Check in time is 3:00 PM, however, one can come virtually any time by arrangement (trains and planes modify this time regularly!). |

Check out time is 11AM, which may be modified a wee bit on slower days; however, our cleaning staff must otherwise forge ahead, so please observe this time unless previous arrangments have been made. Thank you! |

Others: 3 day, 72-hour written notice by e-mail. |
