Welcome to the Blushing Oyster Bed and Breakfast, a romantic Cape Cod bed and breakfast nestled among the historic ship captain’s homes along the Old Kings Highway in Yarmouth Port, MA. Our convenient location is a short walk away from fabulous restaurants, bustling boutiques, and wonderful antiquing.
The Blushing Oyster is owner occupied, and open all year. We have carefully tried to maintain the character of the bedchambers in this antique home, while incorporating today’s amenities. We have four bed chambers and one suite all named after regional oysters. All rooms are decorated with the finest designer fabrics and new queen or king mattresses.
The inn is centrally located on Cape Cod, and is just a short drive from numerous Massachusetts towns and villages including Barnstable, Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Falmouth, Harwich Port, Hyannis, and many more.

Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellation Policy
A fourteen day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $30.00 processing fee. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than fourteen days prior to arrival. In addition, you will be held responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you cancel all or any part of your reservation with less than fourteen days notice. If we are able to re-book due to last minute cancellations or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less the $30.00 processing fee.

One half the reservation amount is required on all reservations.
The balance is due upon your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. Checks must be received within seven days of reserving to maintain the reservation.
