Check out time is 11:00 AM and is required in order to prepare the room for new arrivals.

We realize that your vacation time is very precious to you and our main desire is to make you feel right at home during your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected changes do occur. During our off season, Fall, Winter, Spring, our cancellation/early departure policy is as follows: Your deposit is refundable up to 3 days prior to your arrival date less 10% of your deposit or $25.00 whichever is greater. Within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited. The same is true for early departures. If the room is rented, Your balance will be refunded minus a 10% or $25.00 processing fee whichever is greater.However,you may redeem the balance at a later stay. During the peak season the cancellation policy is refund of deposit minus a 10% or $25.00 processing fee for up to 10 days prior to arrival.

There is a 3 night minimum for holidays and 2 night minimum for weekends during the high season, June 21-September 21. A 50% deposit is required to hold the room. We only accept credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
