Our lodging accommodations feature four guest bedrooms, two additional queen bedrooms, and three apartment suites with Kitchen facilities and separate entrances. High Haven House Bed and Breakfast Inn is just six blocks from the ferry and the Steamship Authority terminal; historical Main Street Vineyard Haven; and Vineyard Haven beaches. Public transportation on the island links you conveniently to the cliffs of Aquinnah, Edgartown's captain's houses, and Oak Bluffs' Flying Horses carousal.

Check In Policy:
Room check-in is normally between 2 p.m.- 7 p.m. Check-in after 7 p.m. and up to the last Steamship Authority ferry is by prior special arrangement.
Check Out Policy:
Room check-out is at 10 a.m. Late room check-out is subject to availability and an additional room charge: for check-out up to 1:00 p.m., a half night room charge is applied; and for check-out between 1 p.m. - 6 p.m., a full night room charge is applied.
Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit is refundable with two week's notice, minus a 15% service charge on your reservation. · Within two weeks of your confirmed Arrival, payments are not refundable. · Cancellation or change to the confirmed arrival and departure dates is not allowed, including cancellation or reservation changes due to weather, hardship, travel delays, or other reasons. · No refunds are given on late arrivals or early departures.
Children: Children Welcome
High Haven House is FAMILY FRIENDLY facility; and families with infants and children 6 years old and older can be accommodated. Our property is NOT toddler child-proof and doing so would cause inconveniences to our adult guests and would be cost prohibitive. Children under 10 are not allowed near or in our pool; and only adults are allowed in our hot tub. In addition, all of our guests (children and adults) are required to respect the quietude and restfulness of other guests at all times.
Childcare: No
Childcare must be arranged by adult guests for their children. The High Haven House property nor its amenities are childcare providers and parents are expected to monitor the activities, the behavior, and the whereabouts of their children.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 50% is required on all reservations. The remaining balance due on Check-in. · A deposit of 100% is required for stays of three nights or less; or for stays reserved within two week's of Arrival. ·Your deposit by credit card will be charged immediately. Deposits by check must be received within seven days after the reservation has been made or your reservation will be cancelled. · Your deposit will be applied to the last day of your stay and cannot be applied to a stay shorter than your reservation.
