Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations made within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If notified of cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival, guests will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administration charge.

Deposit Policy: |
Breakfast is served at 9:30 am in the dining room. A two night minimum stay is required on weekends in-season (May 1st-October 31st). Due to our small size and limited availability, a deposit of 50% of the total stay will be charged when placing reservations. A one night stay requires full payment in advance. |
