The Lathrop House is a grand Victorian home, built in 1899. Located in Springfield’s historic Forest Park District, the Lathrop House B&B first welcomed guests in 2004. The Basketball Hall of Fame and downtown Springfield, ten minutes to the Big E and Six Flags, and twenty minutes from Bradley International Airport.

"Orange" enjoys the peace and so will you! Set far back from broad and historic Sumner Avenue, gaze into Forest Park across the street, as scents from our garden waft from the side of the house. Many couples, families and reflective solo guests have palavered, laughed, read, written in their diary, smoked a good cigar, and even fallen asleep in bliss. You are at home.

Breakfast Is Served
The table is set from 7 oclock on, or earlier on request. Guests seat and serve themselves at whatever hour they choose. Kosher dairy with fresh exotic fruits a specialty; plenty of protein with yoghurts, cheeses, nut butters, hard-boiled eggs; hot (instant) and cold cereals, a generous variety of breads, muffins, bagels and pies in season; tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Enjoy!
